Default Friends Ski-Doo has no tail lights!

Someone in another State needs tail lights!
My friend has a 80 ski-doo citation 4500 w/ele start, the head light is bright but has no tail lights, how should he check the problem for power? Does anyone have a wiring diagram to send him? or How can he hook up wires to get tail & brake lights to this machine? thanks to all who help!

There are only a couple wires going in to the seat,, get a multimeter or test light ,there should be power at one of them,or,power is the center contact in the bulb socket. The outer part of the socket should be ground.
It may just be corroded, clean it up with sand paper and change the bulb.
